Henry and Judy Wade are elementary sweethearts who have been happily married since 1975. During their many years of marriage, they have received countless blessings but have also faced numerous tests and trials. By clinging to God's promises, their faithful endurance has allowed them to testify from experience that God is a God of restoration. God has proven Himself time and again, restoring peace and joy in their lives and providing healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

 

Henry and Judy began Heart 2 Heart Ministries in 1995 after seeing the need for couples and families to discover joy and have peace restored in their lives. They use Heart 2 Heart Ministries to openly share their life experiences with a strong desire to impart hope, encourage, edify, and strengthen others.

Our Beliefs:

• About the Bible: We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, that it is infallible, inerrant, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct...(Proverbs 30:5; Romans 16:25-26; 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

• About God: We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)

• About Jesus: We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who became flesh, born of a virgin to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world. (Matthew 3:16-17, Luke 1:35; Isaiah 9:6)

• About the Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit was given at Pentecost, it is the promise of the Father, sent by Jesus after His Ascension, to empower the Church to bring the Gospel message to the whole Earth. We believe the Holy Spirit is manifested through a variety of spiritual gifts to build and sanctify the church, demonstrate the validity of the resurrection, and confirm the power of the Gospel. (Joel 2:28-29; Matthew 3:11; John 16;7; Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4).

• About Salvation: We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin and that God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. (Acts 3:19; Romans 10:9-10; Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 2:8; Hebrews 9:22)

• About the Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving him and by making him known to the lost world. (1 Corinthians 12:14,18; Romans 12:4-5; Ephesians 1:22)
